Are you using the drivers that came on the disk, or did you download the latest drivers from Intel?
If you haven’t I’d download the latest drivers.
Also did you buy it from a shop/online store or ebay?
Supposedly there are quite a few people selling engineering sample versions of the card, or early revisions which can have issues.
