Yes the speakers aren’t the best in the world but if it is that quiet then open up the sound mixer and make sure that The ‘Wave’ control as well as the master ‘Volume Control’ (which is what Fn Left/Right Arrow controls) is set to max,

Thats a windowsism rather than a Samsung fault, been caught out by it myself.

Incidentally I’ve found that the quality of the speakers improves (marginally) if Sammys sat on a hard surface
