My NC10 has two blue keys, the F7 and F8, one is for the Samsung diagnostic and the other is for performance modes. I didn’t notice they were blue until I took it out in the daylight.
I contacted Samsung today and they informed me that the blue keys are correct.
I thought that they had mistakenly put keys from the blue version on it but the blue version has a black keyboard with the blue keys as well. They are very dark and hardly noticeable unless you are in bright light, they are also dead centre so they look right. Doesn’t detract from the system IMHO.
Just one other point. I was impressed by the speed and professionalism of the Samsung support people, makes a change from waiting on the phone for an hour to talk to someone who has no clue or cuts you off for daring to ask for help.
