Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun: works well and can be easily made to run at 1024×600 by editing an ini file.

Baldur’s Gate 2: works well and can be made to run at 1024×600 through the use of a mod, I had to disable hardware 3D due to curser lag/flickering though this is likely due to Vista.
