I’ve just been in touch with the guys who manage all this and got the following:

The new VAT code from Dixons has meant that all other codes are paused will this runs until Tuesday. However, it is highly likely these codes will be reinstated after expiry of the vat code.

To reiterate, use VAT3 when on the dixons site to get 3% off until December 2nd! After that I’m nost sure what will happen, perhaps the VAT change will be made standard and the codes will come back?
