A new entry into the sleeve sweepstakes, and a winner as far as I am concerned. It is the Timbuk2classic laptop sleeve. The smallest they make is for a 12″, but this leaves room for putting your power in the Samsung bag and putting it on the bottom of the case. The reason I bought this one is it has ballistic fabric on the outside, which means nothing is going to puncture it and it can absorb the blow. The inside is lined with corduroy to keep your Sammy nice and warm.
Here is my best tip yet for US buyers – look at TJ Max and Marshals for a sleeve. There is a Micro Center downstairs from the TJ Max, and the same NY Built, Targus and other sleeves were selling for $39.99 upstairs and $12.99 downstairs. I bought the Timbuk2 bag for $12.99, and it is on sale from the website for $14 plus shipping. I have written Timbuk2 to see if they will make a 10″ sleeve, and i will post what I hear back.
