I made the plunge and went with the Tom Bihn Buzz for my NC10. I made an offhand comment in the order form’s comment box and Tom Bihn’s customer service rep actually emailed me back making sure I knew the size of the bag’s laptop compartment and asked if I really wanted the bag.

Thanks again for your order! I wanted to make sure that you knew that the padded laptop compartment inside of the Buzz is sized for the 15.4″ MacBook Pro – quite a bit larger than a 10″ notebook. Is that alright with you?

Go ahead and send the bag please. I’m doing an event for the American Cancer Society on the 14th next week so I want to be able to show off the bag then and make all the ladies jealous. 🙂 (Hence the fast shipping option I chose). I really wanted the black-black-black (all black) version of the bag, but it’s on backorder until March so I had to go with a backup plan.
Point being — so far Tom Bihn has great customer service. I’d hope that was the case when you buy a pretty pricey bag, but you never know. I’ve never had a company actual check to make sure I REALLY wanted the item I ordered and not just grab my money and run.
I’ll report back (with pics!) when the bag gets in plus all my other accessories I’m getting to spice things up. 😉
