Earlier in this thread someone posted about having a Timbuk2 laptop messenger bag, I knew I had to get one, I didn’t realize how difficult it is to find the small size at a decent price. I ended up going with a medium sized one, Cost me $80 including shipping(Normally retail for 110).
Let me just get to the point, If you are in college, need something to carry your sammy, notebook or two and a book, THIS IS THE BEST OPTION! I have the sammy, my notebook, a thick college book in it as well as my water bottle and there is still plenty of room, could even fit two books in it and be comfortable.
There are plenty of pockets for pencils, pens, highlighters, power charger and a mouse and fit pretty well in it. Even though the laptop pocket portion can fit up to a 15″ laptop, the fabric inside of it doesn’t allow lil sammy to slide around. It is even padded so having a ton of stuff in the messenger bag wont put a whole lot of pressure on sammy. Even with all the stuff I have in it, its very comfortable to carry. Almost the entire bag is waterproof, so if its raining out, you don’t have much to worry about.
Out of all the stuff I have bought lately, the sammy and my timbuk2 bag are the two I am the most satisfied with.
