I was concerned to learn of your disappointment regarding the delay of your order. This has been due to a dispatch issue at our warehouse, please accept my apology for the inconvenience this has caused. I can advise that the order will now be delivered 3-4 working days from the 27th November 2008. Please advise by return if you would like to wait for this dispatch or if you require the order cancelled and a full refund processed.”
